For those who want to celebrate at The Big E and ride on the trolley in the parade on Holyoke Day, Tuesday, September 17,  please be at Gate One by 5:30 pm. David Bartley will have entry tickets to the fair.  Gate One is toward the Agawam bridge end of Memorial Ave.  The parade kicks off at 6 p.m

Half-Way to St. Patrick’s Day Celebration:  5-7 p.m. at the Glendale Winery in Southampton on September 17.  The event features Dee Reilly.  Admission is free with food, wine available for purchase.  A donation of a non-perishable food item for Providence Ministries is welcomed.  Hope to see you there!

LAOH will be collecting donations for the Holyoke Veterans' Home at their annual Par3 Golf Tournament, Saturday September 21st at Holyoke Country Club.  See attached flyer for more information about the tournament and also is the Veteran's wish-list.  If you would like to sponsor the event, please complete the attached form and send to Nora McMahon at driscona@gmail.com

In partnership with the Polish National Credit Union, the AOH and LAOH are conducting a Food and Clothing Drive for Providence Ministries from September through December. Drop off items at the PNCU, 270 Westfield Road, Holyoke.

Thanks to all who attended the Annual Hibernian Traditional Summer Picnic, on Sunday August 25, 2024.  Weather was awesome and a great time!  Attached news release for the event.

The 2024 LAOH quilt drawing was held on Saturday, May 11th at Mitchell's Public House, Holyoke.  Thank you to all who supported our fundraiser.  Proceeds go towards the Maurice A. Donahue Memorial Scholarship.  The winner was Denise Fitzell of South Hadley see attached photo and thank you letter.

Thanks to those that marched with us at the Holyoke St Patrick's Day parade.  It was a fun time!  No rain for the Hibernians, 'tis a blessing.

Except for Monday holidays:  AOH and LAOH meetings will resume on the first Monday of the month 6:00 p.m. for the LAOH and 7:00 p.m. for the men - see you in September.  Hope to see you there.  

The LAOH State Board officers were voted-in at the State Convention on Saturday,  May 6th.  Congrats to our Barbara Twohig (State President) and Noranne Duquette (State Vice President).  We are so proud of you!!!!
