LAOH Irish History writing contest topics for 2020-21 have been announced. The theme for all levels will be the same: "The Impact of the Irish Anglo Treaty of 1921". Guidelines are posted on the national LAOH website www.Ladiesaoh.com Any questions can be directed to Noranne Duquette @ firstname.lastname@example.org. Write to an Irish POW: At the ceremony for the 38th Commemoration of the 1981 Hungerstrike, which took place on October 5th in Hartford, CT those attending the service were asked to send cards to those on this list. Your thoughtfulness can go a long way to let them know they are remembered.
